General Terms and Conditions Workshop / Course
On this page you will find the general terms and conditions of Gwénaële Diascorn (organizer) regarding participation in a course / workshop (event). Gwénaële Diascorn reserves the right to make changes to the costs, schedule and the general conditions.
Article 1: Definitions
1.
Organizer:Corn Gwénaële Dias, the entity with which the subscriber
has entered intoa
GREEMENT;
2. Participant: the consumer who does not act in the exercise ofa profession or business (natural person) and who registers forthe event
of the organizer
on this website;
3. Event: workshops and courses given by (among others) the organizer;
4. Agreement: the
distance contract between the organizer
and the participantregarding theevent;
5. Description:
The message received by the participant
via the mail, containing the complete contents, costs and informationof the event;
6. Costs: the final bill for the event.
Article 2: The package
The event organized and given by the organizer in which the participant learns (new) techniques and takes a final result home.
Article 2.1. Course: painting Frescoes
This specific event has extra general conditions. Article 2.2 Workshop: Intuitive painting
This specific event has extra general conditions. During this event, you will be meditated and then painted under the guidance of the organizer. At the end of the event
, the participant
must take
his / her work with him.
Article 2.3: Included
Theevent
is offered including materials, coffee and tea, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the description.
Article 2.4: Excluded
Unless otherwise specified in the description
, breakfast, lunch, dinner are not included in the costsat all times. At events
that last all day, participants are
asked to bring their own food.Drinking is provided.
Article 3: Registration
The
participant
must provide a valid email address to be registered for theevent. After registering for theevent
, theparticipant
receives an e-mail as confirmation of registration.
Article 4: Payments
Article 4.1: Included in the invoice
Guidance, equipment, coffee & tea and renting a location.
Article 4.2 Payment
The
participant
must pay the bill at least 5 working days before the start date of the
event
. This must be paid in one go. If a participant
fails to meet his / her payment obligations before this time, the
participant is
removed from the list and can no longer participate in theevent.
Article 4.3 Payment options
The method of payment (transfer, Ideal, Tikkie or cash) is mentioned at registration.
Article 5: Cancellation
If the participant is
prevented from taking part in the event
, the participant
must inform the organizer
by e-mail up to 12 hours before the event
, this can be done by telephone / per WhatsApp / SMS. No refund is possible in any case due to the participant
's absence. No exceptions are made to this.
Article 5.1: Cancellation by the organizer
In case of illness / absence of the organizer, the costs are
fullyrefunded to the participant.
Article 6: Liability
Article 6.1 Clothing
No liability can be made due to stains of pigment on the clothing, becausein the description
at all times it is asked to put on old clothes.
Article 6.2 Eating
No liability can be made due to allergic reaction to pigments, orany injuries sustained during the event. The participant
must test the pigment on the skin before the start of the event
and bring gloves for safety.
Article 6.3 Damage space
If there is talk of damage caused by the participant
to the (including rented) space, the participant
must take
these costs.
Article 7: Ownership
The participant
may take his / her own work afterwards. All material, equipment, leftover coffee and tea should not be taken away. If this is done, the participant
will receive a new invoice for the articles that have been brought along, including 5% administration costs.
Article 8: Data
According to the new AVG law, all the details of the participant
will be deleted by the organizer
after the event. Only for legal obligations to the tax authorities certain data will be retained. These are stored behind a password and will only be shared with the tax authorities, administration packages and banks. If the participant
wishes to stay informed for future events, he / she must sign up. The participant
can unsubscribe at any time for this newsletter.
